The Original Crow

Would've uploaded this last night if my laptop hadn't exploded... ah well, thankfully I left a copy on my PC.

Aaaanyway, this fellow here is the first of a dynastic line of vigilantes in a superhero RP I'm playing on here:

In the RP, when I finally get around to making this bloke, the active Crow is the 8th of his line, his title and mythology extending back over 200 years, as you might guess from the picture's date.

Back on the subject of the picture, this Crow was around before the whole tights-and-domino-masks tradition of superheroes today. His outfit is nothing more than a device to keep himself anonymous while he goes out and punches thugs. Heck, he didn't even name himself the Crow. The media did after his black cloak. He also didn't know kung-fu. He was just tough and a skilled brawler.

I think I drew this guy looking a bit short. Nonetheless, it's one of my best pictures to date. Also one of my first attempts at shading since I made a god-awful self portrait of one of my RPG avatars and wound up coloring in half the page from the light produced by my staff. *shudder* I still have nightmares about that picture.
